TJ's style of tattooing focuses on bright, bold, contrasting colors with a comic book influence. 

Besides tattooing, TJ has worked in the comic book industry on and off for the last 10 years. He has worked for both DC and Marvel Comics as a penciler, inker and background artist. TJ attended the Joe Kubert School for Cartoon and Graphic Design and earned his Associate's Degree in Graphic Design from the University of Colorado. He also has a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design and Computer Animation from Full Sail University.

TJ also served 5 years in the US Army as a gunner on an Abram's Tank and a qualified sniper, serving multiple tours in the Middle East. TJ feels that his experience and discipline learned in the military has given him the confidence & drive to be the best artist he can be.
